EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
You can exchange your purchase by returning your original order and requesting a replacement item during the return process. Please
note that exchange requests are subject to inventory availability at the time your return is received and processed. Therefore, to ensure
receipt of your desired new item(s), you may wish to place a new order rather than requesting an exchange during the return process.
Because exchanges involve the return of your original purchase and the creation of a new order, you will see two transactions on your credit or debit card statement. First, you will see a credit for the return of your original purchase and then you will see a charge for your new purchase. Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement.
